Two roles in Bangkok, starting October 2026
TechChange has run training and learning programs in global health and development for sixteen years. Our first project in Thailand is a pilot with the Ministry of Public Health and international partners to bring practical, non-clinical AI skills to frontline primary care teams.
We are looking for two independent contractors to help us deliver it well.
Program Manager, Thailand
Run the pilot day to day: keep a Ministry working group moving, coordinate a Thai facilitator team, hold a tight timeline.

Make sure the curriculum and handbook are grounded in how Thai primary care teams actually work. Co-design from week one alongside our learning design lead.
